Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 400 gms paneer cut into sliced


  • 2 medium sized onion cut into sliced


  • 2 medium sized tomatoes cut into sliced


  • 8 cheese slices


  • 1/2cup green mint chuteney


  • 1 tbslp fresh cream


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper & salt


  • For marination:-1/2 cup hung curd


  • 2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp cumin powder


  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste


  • 1 tsp garam massla


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp chaat massla & salt

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients for marination.
  • Spread the marinade evenly on the sliced paneer.
  • Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • Spread green chuteny around the paneer.
  • Arrange onions and tomatoes on each slice of paneer and cover with a slice of cheese.
  • Stack all the layers on top of each other.
  • Mix cream and crushed black pepper.Pour over the top layer.
  • Bake at moderate temperature for ten minutes.
  • Cut into equal sizes and either on a toothpick or rolled in a roomali roti.
